Acceptable Use & Service Limitations

Last updated: August 2026

These policies are published by Triligy Systems and apply to all Triligy services. They are general terms, not legal advice, and do not replace a signed order form, statement of work or Data Processing Agreement, which prevail where they conflict.

1. Permitted use

Triligy services — assistants, websites and advertising management — are supplied to legitimate, lawfully operating businesses. Assistants are designed to handle inbound business calls: booking, qualification, message-taking, routing and similar front-desk tasks.

2. Prohibited use — all services

  • Anything unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful or discriminatory.
  • Infringing third-party intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
  • Adult content, weapons, illegal substances, gambling where unlicensed, MLM or get-rich-quick schemes, and other high-risk categories we decline at our discretion.
  • Making health, financial, legal or earnings claims you cannot substantiate.
  • Attempting to breach, probe, overload or reverse-engineer the platform or its providers.
  • Reselling, sublicensing or white-labelling the services without written agreement.

3. Prohibited use — assistant

  • Outbound cold-calling or automated dialling campaigns.
  • Instructing the assistant to deny being an AI when asked directly.
  • Handling regulated activities (medical, legal or regulated financial advice) without an appropriately licensed human in the loop.
  • Recording callers in a manner that breaches the notice or consent rules applicable in their jurisdiction.
  • Processing special-category personal information beyond what is documented in the order form.
  • Impersonating another business, brand or individual.

4. Prohibited use — websites and advertising

  • Publishing content you do not hold the rights to, including images, fonts, copy and logos.
  • Cloaking, doorway pages, deceptive landing pages, or misleading offers and pricing.
  • Advertising claims that breach Google, Meta or other platform policies, or applicable consumer-protection and advertising law.
  • Using our hosting to distribute malware, spam, phishing content or bulk unsolicited email.
  • Collecting personal information through forms without a lawful basis and a visible privacy notice.

5. Service limitations

  • The assistant hands over to a human in the cases set out in the agreed handover rules.
  • Telephony, speech and AI providers are third parties; connectivity and availability can be affected by outages outside Triligy's control.
  • AI output is high-accuracy but not perfect. Clients are responsible for reviewing bookings, notes and summaries before acting on them.
  • Search rankings, traffic, lead volume, cost per lead and return on ad spend depend on factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.
  • Advertising platforms independently control account approval, ad review and delivery.

6. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse, security issues or vulnerabilities to security@triligysystems.com. Please do not test against live systems or access other parties' data while reporting.

7. Enforcement and suspension

Triligy may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate services — with or without prior notice where the risk is material — for breach of this policy or for use that places the platform, other clients or third parties at risk. Fees remain payable for the period of any suspension caused by your breach.
